These beautiful and raw copper dog tag blanks are deburred and have their factory finish still intact, but may contain some imperfections due to the manufacturing process. Copper is a fantastic metal to work with, it is as easy to work as silver and much cheaper. These blanks are 1/8" thick and are 1.75" x 1". Holes are available to be added.
Finish Options:
#1 - This is a raw finish with no hole drilled. It will be deburred so that the back will be smooth but its edges will be unfinished.
#2 - This is a raw finish with holes drilled. It will be deburred so that the back will be smooth but its edges will be unfinished.
#3 - This is a raw finish on the faces with no holes drilled. It will be deburred so that the back will be smooth and its edges will be finished and smooth.
#4 - This is a raw finish on the faces, with a hole drilled. It will be deburred so that the back will be smooth and its edges will be finished and smooth.
#5 - This is a raw finish on the faces, with a hole drilled, and then countersunk. It will be deburred so that the back will be smooth and its edges will be finished and smooth.
#6 - Hole drilled, and then countersunk. Deburred so the back will be smooth, and edges finished and smooth. Ground on a belt sander to get rid of any "shallow scratched", then ground on a Scotch-brite deburring wheel to a clean matte finish. Turn key product ready to receive polish, engraving, or handstamping.
